Investigating - We know the ability to access studio music quickly and reliably is essential to your daily operations. Over the past week, some studios experienced issues in CloudBeats that affected both login and visibility of folders. We have identified a solution and workarounds should any studios notice this over the weekend. Xplor Growth is still investigating the cause of an issue where some studios may see additional automation folders at the bottom of the Automation Groups list. Their engineering team is actively working on this issue.
At this time, please do not delete these folders, as they may be needed for troubleshooting and resolution.

We are investigating an issue where some studios may see additional automation folders at the bottom of the Automation Groups list.
These folders appear to have been unintentionally synced following a recent Xplor Growth system update. We have reported the issue to Xplor Growth, and their engineering team is actively investigating.
At this time, please do not delete these folders, as they may be needed for troubleshooting and resolution.
